Apply now to present at EvolveDigital Montreal on June 12 and at EvolveDigital NYC on November 19-20, 2026.

EvolveDigital is a full-day summit for digital practitioners — designers, developers, strategists, content folks, and the people leading digital teams. We cover topics like UX and accessibility, open source and CMS, digital strategy, AI in practice, and digital transformation in higher ed, government, and nonprofits. Each summit brings together 150+ professionals to learn, connect, and inspire.

We’re now accepting session proposals for the following topics (and in either French or English for Montreal):

- Marketing & Comms Strategy- Higher Education- Digital Craftsmanship (Accessibility, etc.)- Tech & AI- EvolveDrupal (incl. Drupal case studies)- WordPress (incl. WP case studies)- Design & Creative.

We value case studies from organizations that show how they recently completed digital projects and what they learned.

Session Formats

- 25 or 60 minutes (while most sessions are 25 minutes)
- 60-minute panels
- Potentially Lightning talks (depending on the number of submissions)
- Potentially 5-minute EvolveUX design demos with live feedback

How it works

Our program committee carefully reviews each submission to curate a balanced agenda. We encourage proposals from speakers of all backgrounds, especially those from groups underrepresented in our industry. If selected, our team will contact you directly.
